- Natural language processing (NLP) is how computers use statistics, modeling and machine learning to read, interpret and work with human language in text.

- A security operations tool reads thousands of free-text incident tickets, extracts the affected systems and attacker techniques, and groups related tickets into one campaign.

- Once a system understands language, language becomes an attack surface. Crafted text can confuse classifiers, smuggle instructions past filters or extract information the system should never reveal.
